About Edward Rosovich
Security expert Edward Rosovich has served in the NYPD community for nearly 15 years. He has developed a career based on the protection of citizens and dignitaries from all over the world and continues to serve the community to this day. Throughout his career, he has prioritized skillful management of resources at all levels, providing a maximized security with a minimized cost. His managerial acumen has allowed him to enter the private sector as a founder and will offer him success moving forward.
Edward’s career began at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He graduated from the college with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in 2005. More recently, he returned to the school for his master’s in Security Management, which he completed in 2019. With a strong foundation of education and knowledge, Edward has proceeded throughout his career in conversation with experts and scholars who are the knowledge base for best practices in security management.
After earning his bachelor’s, he joined the NYPD in 2005. As Police Officer, Edward Rosovich has served for nearly 15 years. Over that time, he has worked as an auxiliary police supervisor, a plainclothes officer, worked with the Highway Patrol, as well as performed a multitude of duties relating to training, social media, and public relations. His service with the NYPD was varied, and Edward took away invaluable experience in management and security.
In 2009, Edward earned a position with the US Dignitary Protection Services as a part-time member of their Executive Protection service. This role provides protective services for government officials. Though the service is not a constant workload, the work is invaluable for the city and government at large. He continues in this role to this day.
In 2016, Edward Rosovich took his experience in the NYPD and Protection Services and co-founded Executive Protection Solutions. This personal protection corporation serves executives, dignitaries, and government officials in and around the city of New York, and seeks to maintain safety and security for its patrons. Edward currently serves the company as Chief Security Officer. In this role, he provides risk, vulnerability, and threat assessments. He consults with corporations on criminal investigations, legal compliance, and physical and cyber-security concerns. For the security industry at large, Edward Rosovich conducts training and seminars to help members of the community remain up-to-date on contemporary issues.
Edward’s most recent endeavor is with the United States Air Force Reserves, which he joined in 2020. He consults and advises on procedures relating to border security in regards to air transportation. This role allows Edward to ensure the safety and security of passengers and cargo.
Edward Rosovich’s career has grown quickly in a short span of time. This growth is thanks to the wealth of talent and knowledge he has developed in concert with his experience in a variety of security roles.
